18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

The operator of FapPanda is not the “producer” (whether primary or secondary, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the visual content found on FapPanda. The operator’s activities, with respect to such content, are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of depictions posted by third-party producers and users.

Please direct any request for the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to any content found on FapPanda to the producer or site that produced or uploaded the content. For assistance in identifying the relevant person, contact [email protected].

FapPanda undertakes the following procedures in order to ensure compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257:

• Requiring all users to be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is higher).
• Requiring all users uploading content to represent that every person appearing in the content is over the age of 18, has consented to the use of their likeness, and that the uploading user is keeping records in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

Visual depictions appearing on FapPanda that consist of actual sexually explicit conduct created prior to July 3, 1995 are exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 pursuant to the grandfather clause.

FapPanda has zero tolerance for any depiction of minors or non-consensual content. If you believe any content on FapPanda depicts a person under the age of 18 or was created without consent, report it immediately to [email protected]. Such content will be removed pending investigation and, where appropriate, referred to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement.
